Send as many campaigns as you like. We do not charge per send.
One WhatsApp message to all your customers
It goes to everyone who agreed to get messages, slowly enough that your number stays safe — and every reply is answered on its own.

What it costs
Meta bills you direct for messages. We add nothing on top of their rate, on any plan.
₹0.86 for an offer (marketing). ₹0.115 for an order update or a reminder (utility). Meta’s rates, before GST.
That is Meta's bill, to you direct. ChatDo adds ₹0.
What you need to start
- Customers who have messaged you, or agreed to hear from you
- A message WhatsApp has approved — we write it and file it
- Your number in good standing with WhatsApp
A message usually comes back approved in minutes. A send to 1,725 people takes about four hours.
What it does not do
The limits, in plain words, before you pay for it rather than after.
- You cannot send to a list you bought. It breaks WhatsApp's rules, it drops your rating, and it does not work.
- WhatsApp caps how many you can send a day and raises it over time. We never send past your cap.
- Every offer message is approved before it goes out. We file it; WhatsApp decides.
Shops that use this most
Every trade gets its own page, with the messages already written for it.
Everything ChatDo does
Six things, each with its own page. Open any one.
It answers your WhatsApp for you
Someone asks a price at two in the morning. ChatDo reads the question, checks your own stock and your own prices, and answers — in the language they wrote in.
Open WhatsApp AIWhatsApp catalogueSend your catalogue inside WhatsApp
Pictures, prices and what is left in stock, sent as a catalogue your customer scrolls in WhatsApp — instead of six photos and a number typed out by hand.

What is a WhatsApp campaign?
It is one message — a festival offer, a new arrival, a last day — sent to every customer who has agreed to hear from you. Not a bulk blast from an app on your phone, which is what gets numbers banned, but a slow, paced send through WhatsApp's own system.
And then the part most tools leave you to do yourself: the replies. Send to 1,725 people and about 400 write back, all at once. Every one of those is a real conversation. ChatDo has them for you.
What you actually get
Only people who opted in
The list is built from customers who actually messaged you.
Your number stays safe
WhatsApp gives each number a daily limit. Sending past it is how numbers get blocked.
Approved templates
Marketing messages need Meta's approval. ChatDo writes and files them.
Split by who they are
Bridal to the bridal list. Wholesale to wholesale.
Every reply answered
Sending the offer takes a minute. Answering the 400 replies is the real work.
You see what it earned
Not reach — orders and rupees from that one send.
What one send actually involves
Seven parts of a campaign, and the fifth is the one bulk tools skip.
Send one offer to all your customers
The list is your own customers — people who messaged your shop. Nothing bought from anybody.
Your number stays safe
WhatsApp only lets you send so many messages a day. ChatDo stays inside that limit, every single time.
Send it to just one group
Only your bridal customers, only the wholesale ones, only the people who buy again.
We write the message for you
Tell us the offer in one line. We turn it into a proper message and get WhatsApp to approve it.
Hundreds of replies, all answered
Send a campaign to 1,725 people and about 400 write back. ChatDo answers every one of them.
Stop it any time
Changed your mind halfway? Stop the campaign and the rest is never sent, and never charged.
Set it now, it sends later
Pick the day and the hour. Or let it send on its own — a week after an order, the day before an appointment.
Messages that did not arrive, sent again
Someone’s phone was off. ChatDo tries again on its own, and tells you how many.
See how many actually bought
How many got it, read it, wrote back and ordered — and what you earned against what it cost.
How it works
Pick who it goes to
Everyone, or one group — repeat buyers, bridal, wholesale.

Questions people ask
Will this get my number banned?
No, if it is done this way. Bans come from apps that automate WhatsApp on your phone and send in bulk. This goes through Meta's official API, paced to the limit Meta sets for your number.
How many can I send to?
Meta starts every new number at a daily limit and raises it as your quality stays good. ChatDo never sends past the limit you are on.
What does it cost?
Meta charges about ₹0.86 for an offer message (marketing) in India, before GST, and about ₹0.115 for an order update or a reminder (utility). Both are Meta's charge, not ours.
Do I need approval for the message?
Yes, marketing templates are approved by Meta. It is filed from the portal and usually comes back in minutes.
Can I send to numbers I bought?
No, and you should not want to. The list has to be people who contacted you or agreed to hear from you.
What if people reply?
They will, in large numbers. ChatDo answers them, and anything it cannot answer lands in your inbox.
Can I see who opened it?
Delivered, read and replied, per campaign, and what each one earned.
Can I stop one mid-send?
Yes, and the rest is not sent or charged.
